Six Healthy Water Options: There are three types of ionic alkaline water, each with a specific purpose of food disinfection, cooking, coffee/tea, and daily drinking. One type of non-ionized filtered water is best for taking medicine and making milk. Additionally, two types of ionic acidic water are for skin washing and sanitizing.

Warm Tips 1: The water flow range should be adjusted to 1.0-4.0L/min. The machine will stop if the water flow hits below 1.0L/min, and no alkalinity will be produced if it goes over 4.0L/min. The recommended water flow is 2L/min. If you encounter issues with the ionizer not producing alkaline water, troubleshoot the water flow first.

Warm Tips 2: This alkaline water ionizer is designed for normal internal thread faucet, external thread faucet, and thread-less faucets, but is not suitable for a shower faucet or other irregular faucets. Please check whether your faucet matches the machine before purchasing. If you have any questions, feel free to consult at any time.

Warm Tips 3: The filter should not be installed by hand, but rather with a wrench to ensure it is properly tightened and avoid water leakage.

Warm Tips 4: The inlet water temperature should not exceed 40°C (104°F). The water source for the ionizer must comply with municipal tap water standards. Well water or other sources should not be used directly without an additional pre-filter system as they contain too many impurities that can damage the water flow sensor and cause the machine to stop working. Do not use a RO (Reverse Osmosis) system unless it is accompanied by a post-mineralization filter cartridge system.
