Our hydrogen water station adopts nano hydrogen melting technology, and the high-purity hydrogen mixing tower, also known as the mixing tower, has a better mixing effect with a larger contact area between high-purity hydrogen and water, and the hydrogen content in the water is also higher. In order to ensure sufficient mixing area and time for high-purity hydrogen and water, it is necessary to have sufficient mixing space. Generally, the mixing time for high-purity hydrogen is 5-10 minutes. Therefore, we need to design the space for the high-purity hydrogen mixing tower based on the mixing time and flow rate. After the space for the high-purity hydrogen mixing tower is determined, it is generally necessary to achieve convective mixing of high-purity hydrogen and water components, In this way, high-purity hydrogen and water have sufficient mixing time and space to achieve the best hydrogen dissolution effect.
The specific process flow of water treatment is to pass tap water through an automatic multi medium filtration system, enter the automatic activated carbon filtration system, enter the 5-micron precision security filter, enter the high-pressure pump, enter the NF nanofiltration system, enter the stainless steel clean water storage tank, enter the sterilization system, enter the high magnetization filtration system, enter the high-purity hydrogen water mixing system, enter the water supply system, and finally enter the filling system for effluent.
